We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human ResourcesExecutive to join our Human Resources team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR documentation, and compliance with labor laws.
You will play a key role in helping the company attract, develop, and retain talent.
Responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer roll-out).
Organize and facilitate onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support in drafting employment letters, contracts, and HR-related documentation.
Manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
Handle employee queries and provide support in resolving HR-related issues.
Assist in the performance management process.
Coordinate learning and development activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Participate in employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics for management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in an HR role (internship or full-time).
Familiarity with HR software and MS Office tools.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
