Main Duties
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies for HEMM electrical systems.
- Supervise electrical maintenance activities on HEMM equipment, ensuring all work complies with safety regulations.
- Lead and train a team of engineers and technicians in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical components.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and inventory for electrical parts.
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall operation efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all maintenance practices.
- Evaluate equipment failures and develop solutions for recurring issues.
- Plan and manage the budget for electrical maintenance operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for electrical services and repairs as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical maintenance, specifically with HEMM or similar heavy machinery.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, leading maintenance teams in a challenging environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems used in HEMM.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in maintenance management software and MS Office tools.
- In-depth understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Effective communication skills, capable of liaising with various stakeholders.
