The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for delivering a warm and professional welcome to all students, staff, and visitors.
This role combines customer service excellence with administrative support, ensuring smooth front-office operations and clear communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, students, and stakeholders.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.
Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Handle administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and documentation.
Provide accurate information about the college's programs, procedures, and events.
Assist in the coordination of student onboarding and visitation processes.
Receive and distribute mail and other correspondences.
Liaise with internal departments to support smooth operations.
Qualifications
HND in any Social Science discipline.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational setting.
Certification in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or a related field is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
