We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account and Operations Assistant. This role is ideal for a young graduate who is eager to learn and grow within the finance and operations function of a fast-paced organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Accurate and timely record-keeping of financial and operational data
- Maintaining organized digital and physical files
- Communicating professionally with customers and internal teams
- Collaborating with the operations team to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Supporting routine reporting and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of BSc in Accounting, Finance, or any other related field from any reputable university
- Minimum of Second Class Upper (2.1)
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel is an added advantage
- 0–1 year experience – this is an entry-level position, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
