Job Duties
- Identify exceptional candidates eligible for study abroad scholarships.
- Research and recommend relevant scholarship opportunities.
- Prepare candidates for international examinations such as IELTS and other required assessments.
- Maintain consistent and effective communication with candidates and partnering organizations throughout the entire application and relocation process.
Qualifications and Skills
- A Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations, or a related field. A postgraduate degree or relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with a wide range of global scholarship schemes, eligibility criteria, and application processes.
- Strong ability to research and stay updated on current and upcoming international scholarship opportunities, application deadlines, eligibility criteria, and selection processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication to maintain regular contact with scholarship candidates, educational institutions, and partner organizations.
- Tech-Savvy; Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for virtual meetings, document sharing, and application tracking.
- Experience working with educational bodies, donors, international organizations, or embassies is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple applicants, deadlines, documents, and correspondence efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail in tracking each candidate’s progress through various application stages.
- Strong research, communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
