The Role




  • We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and highly engaged Social Media & Community Manager to grow our digital presence and deepen our relationships with travelers around the world.

  • You’ll own our social channels, create content that inspires wanderlust, and foster an engaged community of passionate adventurers.

Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Execution:




  • Own and execute the day-to-day management of all social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).

  • Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand moments.

  • Create and publish high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.).

  • Stay on top of trends and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.

  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on insights and community feedback.



Community Engagement & Growth:




  • Build, nurture, and grow an engaged community of travelers and followers across platforms.

  • Actively monitor and respond to comments, DMs, tags, and mentions to drive meaningful conversations and customer loyalty.

  • Develop and execute initiatives that turn followers into superfans (e.g., UGC campaigns, ambassador programs, giveaways, live events).

  • Identify and build relationships with influencers, creators, and like-minded brands.



Collaboration & Coordination:




  • Work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to align messaging and visuals.

  • Partner with customer experience and product teams to share community feedback and insights.

  • Coordinate with external creators, freelancers, and agency partners as needed.



What We’re Looking For




  • 10+ years of experience managing social media and/or online communities for a brand—ideally in travel, lifestyle, or hospitality.

  • Deep understanding of social platforms, content formats, algorithms, and analytics.

  • Strong visual eye and ability to brief or create aesthetic, on-brand content.

  • Excellent communication skills—both written and visual.

  • Proactive, organized, and obsessed with staying ahead of digital trends.

  • A natural community builder who thrives on connection, storytelling, and shared experiences.

  • Passion for travel and cultural exploration is a must!



Bonus Points For:




  • Experience with tools like Later, Sprout, Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Video editing or photography skills.

  • Influencer marketing or UGC management experience.

  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or web content strategy.
