Role Summary
- The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects across multiple event types—corporate, experiential, social, and brand activations.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the events industry, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution:
- Define event scopes, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans for each event
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and quality standards
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact with clients throughout the event lifecycle
- Translate client briefs into actionable plans
- Maintain clear, professional communication and manage expectations proactively
Vendor & Team Coordination:
- Work closely with procurement, creative, logistics, and technical teams
- Select and oversee third-party vendors, ensuring timely delivery and service quality
- Supervise on-site staff and crew during event setup and execution
Budgeting & Cost Control:
- Develop event budgets and monitor spend vs. plan
- Track invoices and ensure all procurement is within budget
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality
Risk & Quality Management:
- Identify project risks and mitigation strategies
- Conduct pre- and post-event evaluations
- Ensure delivery standards meet both client and company expectations
Requirements
- Degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 – 8 years of proven project management experience in the events or experiential marketing industry
- Strong background in planning, budgeting, vendor management, and on-ground execution
- Excellent multitasking, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- PMP or similar certification is an added advantage
