We're seeking an experienced Head of Sales - On Premise to lead our sales initiatives nationwide, drive sales growth, develop high-performing teams, and ensure optimal execution across retail environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the development and execution of tactical sales initiatives across all retail environments within the On-Premise channel.
Design and implement weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales plans, ensuring on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery by the sales team.
Collaborate with the RTM, capability, and field sales teams to enhance distributor operations and embed Chivita | Hollandia’s Distributor Operating Standards.
Drive adherence to and activation of EDGE standards across all retail environments within the On-Premise channel nationwide.
Support the execution of channel marketing and brand campaign activations, leveraging these initiatives to achieve channel objectives.
Provide coaching and support to the field sales team, focusing on continuous capability development at both individual and team levels.
Take full ownership of Chivita | Hollandia’s business operations, assets, and personnel within the On-Premise channel, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
A minimum of 9 years of progressive experience in sales, with a strong background in field sales management.
Proven experience in setting sales targets, forecasting, and managing both distributors and field sales teams to consistently deliver results.
Strong expertise in Route-to-Market (RTM) strategy, distributor operations, trade execution, and in-outlet activation.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
Experience in Trade/Customer Marketing or Brand Marketing will be an added advantage.
