General Statement of Duties
- As Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market share penetration of our enterprise products by closing new deals with clients.
- The ESM should be an integrity-driven sales professional with extensive experience in revenue targets within multiple market sectors in a fast-paced environment through direct selling and channels.
- A passionate, ambitious sales professional with sales charisma and excellent skills in forming C-level relationships and driving mid-market sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to ensure revenue goals are met/exceeded.
- Selling products and services to existing and new clients in order to increase revenue for the company
- Developing and managing complex sales strategies, including forecasting potential revenue streams
- Negotiating contracts with clients to ensure that both parties are satisfied with the terms of the agreement
- Weekly Reporting of sales and opportunity activities to management
- Identifying potential customers and developing new business opportunities through networking and referrals from existing customers
- Building relationships with current clients in order to increase sales through repeat business from existing customers
- Developing plans to increase revenue within existing markets while identifying new markets that could provide future growth opportunities
- Establishing pricing structures for products or services to ensure profitability
- Developing and working with Marketing to implement strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales leads, and increase revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, OEMs, and the internal sales team.
- Prepare and manage sales documents including proposals, invoices, quotes, and forecasts.
- Coordinating with other departments, including marketing and customer service, to ensure that clients receive high-quality service”
- Focus on driving a “solutions selling” and “value selling” culture
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc/HND in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Social Sciences or a related field with a minimum of second class lower
- Cognate experience in IT Sales.
- 7- 10 years verifiable commercial and business experience
- Must have established OEM relationships (Sophos, Dell, HP, Huawei, Cisco, etc.)
- Self-motivated with strong leadership, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Strong personal sales network in the ICT industry
- Self-motivated with excellent leadership qualities
- Ability to work independently, remotely and effectively within a diverse team
- Good listening, presentation, negotiation and communication skills
- Data-driven and conversant with the use of sales and marketing application programs.
- Ability to demonstrate Interpersonal and influencing skills
- Understands how to research and identify prospective clients
- Can present feedback using Word, Excel and other presentation applications
