Job Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Training Operations Manager to facilitate training and manage the training outfit of the Organisation.
- This individual will play a key role in delivering world-class training services to external clients, that sells our IT solutions, particularly to banking, financial and other sectors, while also overseeing the day-to-day operations of our training center.
- The ideal candidate is a proactive strategist, an exceptional communicator, an excellent facilitator and a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Training and Support:
- Design, implement, and manage training programs tailored to client needs, particularly within the banking, financial services, and corporate sectors.
- Facilitate training sessions that foster knowledge retention and effective use of IT applications.
- Collect and analyze feedback to continually enhance training quality and effectiveness.
- Customize training materials to align with client objectives and learning outcomes.
Marketing and Business Development:
- Develop marketing strategies to promote the company training facilities and services to potential client.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including financial institutions and corporate organizations.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations to secure training engagements.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders to foster repeat business and referrals.
Operational Management:
- Oversee the full spectrum of training center operations, including scheduling, budgeting, staffing, and facilities management.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, ensuring alignment with company goals and training excellence.
- Manage and update the training curriculum in response to evolving market needs and technological advancements.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as product, sales, and support teams to ensure a seamless training experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Education, IT, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a training facilitator
- Demonstrated success in managing training programs within the financial or IT sectors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of lead generation, proposal writing, and securing client contracts.
- Strategic thinker with strong operational and organizational management abilities.
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), MS Office, and relevant training tools.
