The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for real estate, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of success in business development within the Abuja real estate market.
Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, real estate agents, and other industry stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, growth areas, and investment opportunities in the Abuja real estate market.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring maximum profitability and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.
Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends to management.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
HND/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the Abuja real estate market, including property types, pricing, and key players.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
