Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top ICT and tech talents.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles within the organization.
- Oversee employer branding initiatives to enhance INFYTEL’s presence in the tech industry talent market.
Talent Management & Retention
- Develop talent management strategies including career progression plans, employee engagement programs, and succession planning.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews and identify high-potential employees for leadership development.
- Manage onboarding and induction processes to ensure smooth assimilation of new hires.
- Recommend and coordinate training programs aligned with business needs and individual development plans.
- Monitor staff turnover rates and implement retention strategies.
HR Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare recruitment and talent management reports for management review.
- Ensure recruitment and employment practices comply with labour laws and internal policies.
- Manage employee records and ensure confidentiality and data integrity.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in tech recruitment and talent management, preferably within the ICT or software solutions industry.
- Strong understanding of tech job roles, skills, and industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using HRIS and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Jobberman, etc.).
- Certification in HR (CIPM, PHRi, or SHRM) is an added advantage.
