Objective & Summary
- This job holder is responsible for generating quality opportunities, initiating and developing client relationships.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Achieve Sales Targets-
- Meet Sales Target: Ensure quarterly and annual sales targets are met.
- Track Opportunities: Capture all opportunities in the CRM system.
- Align Opportunities and Revenue: Ensure the number of opportunities and their revenue potential align with the expected closing rate.
- Upsell new solutions to existing clients.
- Embody the 3 Core Pillars of the company’s culture.
- Build a personal relationship with client management team/IT.
- Establish and maintain relationship with engineering, procurement, finance and legal team on a day-to-day basis to ensure best/undelayed service to our clients.
- Ability to assist billing with client’s nonpayment issues.
- Regularly provide feedback/updates from clients on both new opportunities and existing clients.
- Assist the BDAO in ensuring client KYC is filled, contract, welcome pack to be sent post installation, renewals etc.
- Ensure the appropriate escalation matrix (Discounts, client issues and delays) is followed.
- Know workflow of SAR – new deals, upgrades, demo upgrades, downgrades, modifications, change management forms, etc.
- Ensure SLA and Service contract is shared with the client.
- To manage and prioritise all tasks on a daily basis to ensure no delays.
- Communicate/escalate issues to engineering or management to better Netcom service.
- Relationship Mgt – internal (liaise, collaborate)
- Finance on the workflow of SAR – new deals, upgrades, demos, downgrades, modifications, change management forms, etc.
- Day to day operational business solutions interface between departments.
- Legal to ensure the aspects of contract, signing, service contracts, revisions are done.
- Ensure SLA are all updated and documented.
Requirements
Essential Skills / Knowledge
- Experience with both Microsoft operating system and Apple operating system
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Good presentation skills for business reports
- Ability to organize and conduct purposeful Departmental/ Unit meetings
- Ability to develop and maintain business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Education and/or Professional Qualifications
- Graduate degree qualification is essential.
- Affiliation to professional bodies
- Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience
