Job Description
- The Brand & Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies that strengthen Renda’s brand positioning, enhance corporate communications, and drive engagement across multiple stakeholders. This role ensures a consistent and compelling brand identity, fosters strong media relationships, and implements impactful campaigns to communicate Renda’s value to both internal and external audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Management & Positioning
- Develop and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all communication channels.
- Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across marketing materials, company communications, and external engagements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine Renda’s positioning in the industry.
Corporate Communications & PR
- Develop and implement a corporate communication strategy to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
- Build and maintain relationships with media houses, journalists, and industry stakeholders.
- Manage PR initiatives, press releases, interviews, and media coverage.
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Oversee the creation of compelling content, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, and case studies that highlight Renda’s impact.
- Develop executive communications, speeches, and thought leadership pieces for senior leaders.
- Craft engaging narratives that communicate the company’s mission, vision, and achievements.
Media & Stakeholder Communication
- Manage media relations and ensure positive brand representation in the press.
- Develop communication strategies for key stakeholders, including customers, partners, investors, and employees.
- Handle crisis communication and reputation management when necessary.
Campaigns & Brand Activations
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Oversee digital and offline brand activations to enhance visibility and customer engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Internal & Employer Branding
- Develop and execute initiatives to strengthen Renda’s employer brand and attract top talent.
- Collaborate with HR to create internal communication strategies that foster a strong workplace culture.
- Manage employee engagement initiatives that align with Renda’s values and mission.
Event & Campaign Management
- Organize and manage corporate events, industry conferences, and brand activations.
- Ensure alignment of event objectives with Renda’s overall brand and communication goals.
- Measure the success of events and campaigns, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, corporate communications, or PR.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and content creation skills.
- Experience managing media relations and crisis communication.
- Proven ability to develop and execute brand and marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management and event planning skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in B2B or logistics-related industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media strategy.
- Strong analytical skills to measure brand impact and campaign performance.
