Job Description
- The Videographer & Video Editor is responsible for creating high-quality, engaging video content that strengthens Renda’s brand storytelling, enhances marketing efforts, and drives audience engagement. This role involves overseeing the entire video production process; from concept development and filming to editing, post-production, and optimization for various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Video Production & Filming
- Plan and execute video shoots, ensuring high-quality footage.
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for on-location and in-studio productions.
- Direct and manage subjects during filming to capture compelling visuals and storytelling.
Video Editing & Post-Production
- Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos using industry-standard software.
- Enhance videos with color correction, sound design, transitions, and effects to maintain brand aesthetics.
- Ensure final cuts align with marketing objectives and brand messaging.
Content Creation for Marketing Campaigns
- Develop video content for social media, digital ads, websites, and other marketing channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce promotional, educational, and storytelling videos that align with Renda’s brand.
- Adapt content to various formats, including short-form, long-form, reels, and explainer videos.
Storyboarding & Pre-Production Planning
- Plan shots, locations, and visual elements to enhance storytelling.
- Coordinate logistics, including scheduling and equipment setup.
Social Media Video Optimization
- Optimize video content for platform-specific engagement on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media channels.
- Implement captions, subtitles, and thumbnails to maximize audience retention and accessibility.
- Stay updated on video trends and best practices to enhance visibility and engagement.
Motion Graphics & Animation
- Create motion graphics, animations, and dynamic visual elements to enhance video content.
- Design engaging intros, outros, lower thirds, and infographics for marketing videos.
- Utilize animation tools to create visually appealing content when needed.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in videography, video editing, and content creation.
- Proficiency with video editing software
- Strong knowledge of camera equipment, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
- Experience in motion graphics and animation is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative storytelling and visual composition skills.
- Strong understanding of social media video trends and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to evolving project needs.
