- The Digital/Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility, attract and convert target audiences, and drive product adoption. This role focuses on leveraging SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising to create compelling campaigns that boost engagement and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, product positioning, and data-driven decision-making to enhance brand awareness and ensure the right audience understands our organization’s value proposition.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Manage online advertising and paid media strategies to optimize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Analyze and optimize marketing efforts using Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to improve lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Oversee social media management, ensuring consistent brand messaging, engagement, and audience growth.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Website Optimization
- Optimize content for search engines to enhance organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO, link-building, and technical SEO audits.
- Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and bounce rates to improve digital experience and conversions.
Product Marketing & Positioning
- Develop compelling product messaging, positioning, and value propositions to differentiate Renda in the market.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to create sales enablement tools, product collateral, and go-to-market strategies.
- Plan and execute product launches and marketing campaigns to increase awareness and adoption.
Content & Campaign Management
- Develop and manage landing pages, webinars, and case studies to support lead nurturing and demand generation.
- Create and optimize lead generation campaigns to attract and convert qualified prospects.
- Develop email marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and customer retention.
- Manage content marketing strategies, including blog posts, whitepapers, and video content, to engage potential customers.
- Implement A/B testing and performance tracking to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Cross-Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with operations and commercial teams to equip them with the right content and product knowledge.
- Gather customer feedback, testimonials, and insights to refine product positioning and messaging.
- Partner with design and development teams to ensure digital assets align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and influencers to amplify digital marketing efforts.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, or growth marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, paid media, and marketing automation tools.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, CRM software, and social media advertising.
- Proven ability to develop and execute lead generation and demand generation campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Experience in technology, logistics, or e-commerce marketing is a plus.
