In charge of operational activities in the store/showroom
Attend to clients' enquiries and concerns with relation to sales.
Identify gaps in business operations and propose possible solutions to resolve same to optimize the business operations.
Track and manage operational costs toward maintaining profit margins.
Analyze and maintain operational data and monitor product inventories to minimize lost sales. Promote efficiency by implementing improved operational procedures.
Ensure positive client, supplier, and vendor relationships.
Monitor market trends in the automobile industry to spot new opportunities and threats Oversee and support administrative functions.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned by management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
2-3 years’ experience in the e-commerce retail environments and last-mile delivery sector
Knowledge of Automobiles and Maintenance would be an added advantage
Solid understanding of warehousing operations, inventory analysis, logistics, procurement, and client relationship management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
In-depth knowledge of project management and strategic planning.
Ability to promote efficiency toward achieving business objectives and profitability.
Must be digitally savvy and proficient with the use of ERP.
