Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Social Media Manager / Digital Marketer to strengthen TDL’s digital footprint, engage professional audiences, and drive measurable growth through strategic online campaigns. This role is responsible for developing and executing end-to-end strategies, creating compelling content, and analyzing performance to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
- Design and execute a comprehensive digital and social media strategy aligned with TDL’s goals.
- Define target audiences, set measurable KPIs, and develop campaign roadmaps.
2. Content Development & Management
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (posts, videos, graphics, articles) across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and Facebook.
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity.
3. Campaign Execution & Performance Tracking
- Plan and manage paid digital campaigns, including social media and Google Ads.
- Track key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.) and generate insights-driven reports.
4. Community Engagement
- Manage interactions, foster online conversations, and coordinate digital promotions to build audience loyalty.
5. Collaboration & Innovation
- Work closely with HR and the Commercial team to ensure aligned messaging and smooth campaign rollouts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong content creation abilities, including copywriting, basic design, and video editing.
- Proficiency with digital ad platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Experience in HR, recruitment, or professional services is an added advantage.
