Job Description
- We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Content Creator to lead the development and execution of compelling content across multiple platforms. This role requires strong storytelling skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for content that engages, informs, and converts audiences. The ideal candidate will have experience managing content strategies, mentoring junior content creators, and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, design, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing goals.
- Identify content gaps and opportunities, ensuring consistency of brand voice across all channels.
Content Creation
- Write, edit, and produce high-quality content for blogs, social media, websites, email campaigns, videos, case studies, and more.
- Ensure all content is SEO-optimized, engaging, and tailored to target audiences.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Guide and mentor junior content creators, freelancers, and contributors.
- Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, and marketing managers to execute integrated campaigns.
Performance & Optimization
- Analyze content performance using analytics tools and optimize for engagement and conversion.
- Stay current with content marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Brand Voice & Quality Control
- Uphold brand standards and ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and quality.
- Conduct content audits and maintain editorial calendars.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or related field.
- 5+ years of content creation experience, with a portfolio demonstrating a variety of content types.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficient in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), SEO best practices, and social media tools.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro).
- Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Understanding of B2B/B2C marketing funnels and buyer personas.
