Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and researching potential customers, generating leads, and making initial contact.
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Conducting product or service presentations, demonstrating the value proposition, and tailoring solutions to customer requirements.
- Negotiating sales deals, contracts, and agreements, and securing orders from clients.
- Possessing a strong understanding of ICT products and services, providing technical advice and support to customers.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and tracking performance.
- Keeping up-to-date on market trends, competitive offerings, and industry developments.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
- Working closely with sales teams, technical teams, and other departments to achieve sales goals.
- Providing ongoing support to customers, addressing their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Qualifications / Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, marketing, information technology, computer science or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of Experience in IT Infrastructure and System Integration Sales in Nigeria.
- Relevant work experience in sales, particularly in the ICT industry.
- Strong understanding of the ICT market and industry trends.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Any additional certifications on Cyber Security, DC Networking etc
