Key Responsibilities




  • Identifying and researching potential customers, generating leads, and making initial contact.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.

  • Conducting product or service presentations, demonstrating the value proposition, and tailoring solutions to customer requirements.

  • Negotiating sales deals, contracts, and agreements, and securing orders from clients.

  • Possessing a strong understanding of ICT products and services, providing technical advice and support to customers.

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and tracking performance.

  • Keeping up-to-date on market trends, competitive offerings, and industry developments.

  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.

  • Working closely with sales teams, technical teams, and other departments to achieve sales goals.

  • Providing ongoing support to customers, addressing their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction.



Qualifications / Experience




  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, marketing, information technology, computer science or a related field.

  • Minimum 5-8 years of Experience in IT Infrastructure and System Integration Sales in Nigeria.

  • Relevant work experience in sales, particularly in the ICT industry.

  • Strong understanding of the ICT market and industry trends.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.

  • Any additional certifications on Cyber Security, DC Networking etc



Skills Required:




  • Strong sales and negotiation skills: Ability to effectively pitch products and services, negotiate deals, and close sales.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and present complex information clearly.

  • Technical aptitude and understanding of ICT products and services: Ability to understand and explain technical features and benefits to customers.

  • Problem-solving and analytical skills: Ability to identify customer needs, develop solutions, and address challenges.

  • Goal-oriented and results-driven: Driven to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

  • Customer-centric approach: Focus on understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional service.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team: Flexibility to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with others.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office: Ability to use technology to manage sales activities and track performance.
