Job Description
The Customer Account Manager (CAM) is responsible for managing and growing customer relationships, ensuring timely service delivery, and achieving financial targets through effective customer engagement within their assigned territories. The CAM will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by ensuring high disbursement rates, maximizing Value-Added Services (VAS) adoption, and maintaining a high loan repayment rate.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the disbursement of loans to eligible customers within the assigned park or territory, ensuring timely processing and compliance with Renda’s KYC requirements
- Promote and sell Value-Added Services (VAS), including spare parts and repairs, CNG conversion, vehicle documentation renewal, and health insurance, to maximize customer adoption and revenue growth
- Collection of daily loan repayments from customers who have received loans, while proactively ensuring compliance and mitigating the risk of default
- Drive incremental revenue growth from existing customer accounts.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of a Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE)
- 1–3 years of experience in account management, sales, customer service, or a related role—preferably in the financial services, logistics, or mobility sector
- Basic understanding of loan disbursement and repayment processes, with some knowledge of credit risk management
- Ability to meet and exceed revenue and loan collection targets
