Job Summary:




  • The Head of Learning and Development will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing all training and development initiatives across the organisation. This role will drive learning strategies that align with the company’s objectives, enhance employee capabilities, and support business growth. The role will also oversee the growth and profitability of the Brit Academy and be responsible for marketing and selling training programs to internal and external audiences.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify learning gaps and skill development opportunities.

  • Design, develop, and execute high-impact training programs across various learning platforms (classroom, virtual, blended).

  • Lead the expansion and strategic direction of the Brit Academy, including course offerings and external partnerships.

  • Deliver engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and seminars tailored to diverse learning needs.

  • Collaborate with department managers to create and monitor employee development plans.

  • Evaluate training program effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and performance metrics; generate reports and actionable insights.

  • Manage training budgets, resource planning, and vendor relationships.

  • Promote and sell training courses to internal teams and external clients, ensuring profitability and market relevance.

  • Develop marketing strategies and materials for training products and services.

  • Stay current with industry trends, training innovations, and best practices in L&D and real estate.



Qualifications and Requirements:




  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Real Estate, or a related field; a Master’s degree or Ph.D. is a plus.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Learning & Development or Business Development within the real estate industry.

  • Demonstrated success in designing, managing, and delivering training programs.

  • Proven ability to generate revenue through training, sales, and business development.

  • Strong understanding of real estate industry dynamics and market trends.
