Develop and Maintain Project Schedules – Create, update, and manage detailed project schedules using planning software like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Resource and Cost Planning – Coordinate resource allocation and cost estimation in line with the project plan.
Progress Monitoring and Reporting – Track project progress, identify delays or risks, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Baseline Management – Establish and control project baselines (time, cost, scope) and implement change control procedures.
Interface with Project Teams – Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to gather input and provide planning support.
Forecasting and Scenario Analysis – Run simulations and forecasts to anticipate potential schedule impacts and advise on corrective actions.
Ensure Compliance – Ensure planning practices meet internal standards and client or regulatory requirements.
Mentorship – Guide and support junior planners and ensure consistency in planning methodologies.
Requirements
A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent from a reputable University andminimum of fifteen (15) years post-graduation experience, out of which seven (7) must have been spent on a similar position in the oil and gas sector.Shall be NSE/ COREN Registered.
Ability to drive and possession of valid driver’s license is required.
