Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Office Coordination: Manage office supplies, schedules, and filing systems.
- Document Management: Prepare, type, file, and distribute correspondence and reports.
- Communication: Handle calls, emails, and internal/external communication.
- Meeting Support: Organize meetings, take minutes, and assist with logistics.
- Data Entry & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate databases and records.
- Logistics Support: Assist with travel arrangements, procurement follow-up, and visitor coordination.
- Support to Other Departments: Provide clerical and administrative support to teams as required.
- Compliance: Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
Requirements
- At least a BSc or HND or its equivalent in any Arts or Social or Engineering Discipline
- 6 years post-graduation working experience out of which at least 3 years should have been spent in project engineering / data collection, in the Oil and Gas sector
