Job Description
A Fine Art Tutor plays a crucial role in guiding and mentoring students through their artistic education. Their responsibilities vary depending on the institution and level of students they are teaching, but typically include the following:
- Delivering lessons in various fine art disciplines such as painting, drawing, sculpture, printmaking, or mixed media.
- Teaching foundational skills like color theory, composition, perspective, and figure drawing.
- Providing demonstrations of different artistic techniques and tools.

- Advising students on career paths within the fine arts industry.
- Helping students connect with galleries, art institutions, and professionals in the art world.
- Providing insights into professional practices, such as preparing for exhibitions, marketing, and managing commissions.
