Job Summary




  • As a Field Sales Agent at Gamma Mobility, you will be instrumental in expanding our customer base by identifying, engaging, and onboarding potential gig workers. 

  • Your role involves proactive outreach, community engagement, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer acquisition process.



Roles and Responsibilities




  • Identify and engage potential customers through field visits.

  • Conduct community outreach programs and participate in marketing activations to increase brand visibility and attract new customers.

  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective customers and follow up diligently to convert leads into active users.

  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand Gamma Mobility's vehicle subscription options.

  • Schedule and facilitate customer visits to Gamma Mobility Hubs for profiling and evaluation.

  • Provide comprehensive information on product offerings, usage guidelines, and financial responsibilities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage referrals.

  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.



Requirements




  • Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

  • Minimum of 1- 2 years in field sales, B2B or B2C.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Experience in lead generation, and pipeline management.

  • Ability to engage potential customers or partners and convert them into long-term relationships or clients.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Sales and customer lifecycle knowledge.
