Job Summary
- As a Field Sales Agent at Gamma Mobility, you will be instrumental in expanding our customer base by identifying, engaging, and onboarding potential gig workers.
- Your role involves proactive outreach, community engagement, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer acquisition process.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers through field visits.
- Conduct community outreach programs and participate in marketing activations to increase brand visibility and attract new customers.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective customers and follow up diligently to convert leads into active users.
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand Gamma Mobility's vehicle subscription options.
- Schedule and facilitate customer visits to Gamma Mobility Hubs for profiling and evaluation.
- Provide comprehensive information on product offerings, usage guidelines, and financial responsibilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage referrals.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum of 1- 2 years in field sales, B2B or B2C.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in lead generation, and pipeline management.
- Ability to engage potential customers or partners and convert them into long-term relationships or clients.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Sales and customer lifecycle knowledge.
