Job Responsibilities




  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations (inbound & outbound)

  • Manage relationships with vendors, transport companies, and internal stakeholders

  • Track shipments, manage delivery schedules, and resolve logistics issues

  • Ensure accurate documentation, inventory control, and compliance with regulations

  • Collaborate with the project team to align logistics support with project timelines and budgets

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support cost-saving initiatives.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (preferred)

  • 0 - 5 years experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role

  • Certification in Project Management

  • Strong knowledge of logistics software and supply chain procedures

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
