About the Role




  • We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our school. 

  • You will handle front desk duties, manage calls, welcome visitors, and support basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.



Key Responsibilities




  • Greet and attend to visitors, parents, and students professionally.

  • Answer incoming calls, take messages, and redirect them appropriately.

  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it tidy and welcoming.

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence.

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to staff as needed.

  • Schedule appointments and assist in managing calendars.

  • Maintain accurate visitor and attendance records.



Requirements




  • Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification.

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Professional appearance and customer service mindset.

  • Must reside within or close to Mbieri Achi or be willing to commute.
