Job Summary



We are hiring an experienced Facility Manager to oversee our facilities' day-to-day operations, maintenance, and safety in Lagos and Sagamu. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, ensure compliance with HSE standards, and manage service providers to maintain a safe and functional work environment.



Job Details




  • Implement facility management plans including preventive maintenance schedules.

  • Coordinate building repairs, upgrades, and utilities across locations.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

  • Supervise facility-related teams (e.g., maintenance, janitorial, security).

  • Manage facility-related vendors, budgets, and contracts.

  • Monitor energy consumption, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability initiatives.

  • Support office expansion, relocation, and infrastructure development projects.



Requirements




  • Education: B.Sc./HND in Facility Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

  • Professional Certification: IFMA, OSHA, or similar certification is preferred.

  • Experience: At least 8–10 years of facility management experience, preferably across multiple sites.
