Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Facility Manager to oversee our facilities' day-to-day operations, maintenance, and safety in Lagos and Sagamu. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, ensure compliance with HSE standards, and manage service providers to maintain a safe and functional work environment.
Job Details
- Implement facility management plans including preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate building repairs, upgrades, and utilities across locations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Supervise facility-related teams (e.g., maintenance, janitorial, security).
- Manage facility-related vendors, budgets, and contracts.
- Monitor energy consumption, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability initiatives.
- Support office expansion, relocation, and infrastructure development projects.
Requirements
- Education: B.Sc./HND in Facility Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Professional Certification: IFMA, OSHA, or similar certification is preferred.
- Experience: At least 8–10 years of facility management experience, preferably across multiple sites.
