Job Summary



We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Asset Manager to oversee the company's assets across various locations. This role is critical to ensuring the proper acquisition, tagging, tracking, maintenance, and disposal of physical assets while maintaining compliance with internal control and audit standards.



Job Details




  • Develop and enforce asset management policies, systems, and procedures.

  • Maintain an up-to-date asset register with accurate tagging and location tracking.

  • Supervise asset acquisition, allocation, routine maintenance, and decommissioning.

  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations teams for lifecycle planning.

  • Prepare periodic asset reports, including movement and depreciation tracking.

  • Support audit processes and ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance.

  • Train and guide team members involved in asset-related functions.



Requirements




  • Education: B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

  • Professional Certification: Certification in Asset or Inventory Management is an added advantage.

  • Experience: Minimum of 6–8 years in asset management roles, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

  • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
