Responsibilities




  • To ensure that customers’ service requests are processed according to mandate. 

  • To ensure that applications are captured in line with customers’ mandate, with due consideration to laid down rules and policies, to enable a verdict within the Service Level Agreement.

  • Maintain a high level of integrity and ethical standards.

  • Ensure proper record-keeping in terms of regulatory requirements.

  • Ensure full implementation of the 5s concept.

  • Action items in the work queue are within the SLA at the right standard.

  • To comply with operating processes to ensure that their quality and business targets are met.

  • Ensure all received applications are processed within the agreed cut-off time and all exceptions are tracked accordingly. 

  • Must have a full understanding of CBN-Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Bank’s Customer On-boarding Process.

  • Must have a full and updated knowledge of Personal & Business Banking products.

  • Strict review of Customer’s Account Opening Packages.

  • Responsible for identifying and escalating falsified KYC documents.

  • Capture the appropriate customer's Personal information on the Omniflow application as written on the account opening package by the customer.

  • Capture all required fields under the KYC details framework, i.e. Internal reference & external reference information.

  • Map mandate for each signatory and define the operative rule under the ‘Remarks’ field on Omniflow.

  • Appropriately capture the customer’s Address verification on Omniflow.

  • Capture all required fields on the account services framework, subject to the product type.

  • Indicate as applicable required account services and collaterals as specified by the customer on the account opening package, Debit card, Cheque Book, Internet Banking, and Mobile Banking.

  • Professional management of requests on assigned queues.



Requirements




  • Candidates should possess an OND (Upper Credit) in a related field with experience.

  • 27 years, max age.
