We are seeking a Tech-savvy and curious technical support intern to join our team.
The ideal candidate will support the agency’s tech operations — from network setups to software troubleshooting — and assist clients and team members in resolving basic tech issues.
This is a great opportunity for an aspiring IT or network support engineer.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in basic computer troubleshooting (hardware & software)
Support internal team and clients with tech-related issues (emails, devices, VPNs, etc.)
Help with setting up new hardware, workstations, or software for the team
Monitor IT systems and report any operational issues
Document technical processes and updates
Assist in basic network setups and printer configurations
Collaborate with the web and digital teams to ensure technical uptime
Requirements
Basic understanding of computer systems, software installation, and tech support
Interest in IT support, computer engineering, or systems admin
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or related tools
Willingness to learn, troubleshoot, and grow in a fast-paced digital agency
Good communication and documentation skills
NYSC members or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
