Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- An Account/Administrative Officer with prior experience in the job role.
- Our client offers exceptional services in the clothing and fashion industry with a dedication to customer satisfaction and delight.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals and statements.
- Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
- Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
- Conduct internal audits to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Manage accounts payable and receivables.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards and laws.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the organisation.
- Schedule meetings and manage the organisational calendars.
- Keep track of office inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Any other duties as instructed by the Managing Director.
Education and Requirements
- Minimum of National Diploma / Higher National Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in the same capacity
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Good Management Skills
