Essential Duties and Responsibilities




  • An Account/Administrative Officer with prior experience in the job role.

  • Our client offers exceptional services in the clothing and fashion industry with a dedication to customer satisfaction and delight.

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals and statements.

  • Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.

  • Prepare and present financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.

  • Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.

  • Conduct internal audits to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies.

  • Manage accounts payable and receivables.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards and laws.

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the organisation.

  • Schedule meetings and manage the organisational calendars.

  • Keep track of office inventory and place orders when necessary.

  • Any other duties as instructed by the Managing Director.



Education and Requirements




  • Minimum of National Diploma / Higher National Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines.

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in the same capacity

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite

  • Good Management Skills
