Job Description




  • The Business Development Executives will identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities for the Firm to support individuals and corporate entities in achieving their real estate objectives.



Job Responsibilities




  • Plan and implement effective marketing strategies

  • Identify new opportunities by analyzing the property needs of clients and prospects

  • Locate and identify lettable vacant properties

  • Secure written instructions from property owners on all business involvements

  • Secure property development, valuation, management, and facility management briefs

  • Carry out inspection visits

  • Prepare proposals and make presentations

  • Prepare and submit activity reports

  • Monitor the property market and keep updated with trends.



Educational, Knowledge, and Experience Requirements




  • HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales / Marketing / Business Development or other relevant field

  • Knowledge of laws regulating and relating to the real estate industry in Nigeria

  • 1 - 2 years of related experience, preferably in the real estate services.
