To provide support in implementing Brand, Marketing & Communication programs, which aims to build brand, reputation and advocacy, in order to deepen and grow trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Differentiators for the role:
- Support the strategic vision of the firm, but supporting BMC leadership.
- Build and enhance the Deloitte brand through strategic communication and engagement with media, clients, regulators and other stakeholders.
- Support a variety of communications needs both internally and externally.
- Responsible for developing campaigns that align to the firms strategic brand drivers and execute against key communications strategies and plans.
- Responsible for the management and best practice of program(s).
- Support the maintenance of operational excellence to ensure consistency of client experience.
- Responsible for themes (as it relates to service areas) and content creation.
- Ensure seamless execution with high quality client experience.
- Facilitate sharing of learnings across campaigns.
- Compile and communicate campaign/event performance reports to local and global stakeholders.
- Formalize and activate feedback and impact reporting mechanisms.
Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (ideally in communications, marketing and/or accountancy fields.
- Have a minimum of five credits in WASSCE Ordinary Level/NECO subjects or acceptable equivalent examination, including Mathematics and English Language in one sitting only.
- Have a minimum of 0 - 3 years’ cognate experience in communication and marketing
- Effective decision making skills.
- Proficiency in the use of MS-office tools i.e. Excel, Word and Power-point
- Sound written and oral communication.
