Maintain a central repository of bid-related documents, templates, standard content, bid archives, and past submissions.
Review and edit documents for clarity, consistency, and compliance.
Collaborate with required teams to obtain necessary information and clarify bid requirements. Communicate bid-related updates and deadlines to team members.
Track and manage bid submission deadlines. Create a bid calendar and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
Review and proofread bid documents for accuracy, coherence, and adherence to company branding and messaging standards.
Generate reports on the status of bids, proposal success rates, and other relevant metrics to assist in decision-making.
Maintain bid trackers, bid logs and portals.
Assist in pre-bid queries and document updates as required
Review tender documents to ensure all requirements are addressed.
Generate reports and summaries on bid submissions and outcomes.
Manage Vendors and get pricing for procurement related RFQs.
Manage delivery process alongside with procurement team.
