We're seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the South-South region / territory.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic relationships with key customers, and managing a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and expand market share.
Team Management: Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales professionals to meet individual and team sales targets.
Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on company products, industry trends, and competitor activity.
Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and production.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 8+ years of sales experience in the food manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of sales growth.
