  • Hello Energy is seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team.

  • In this role, you will perform detailed requirements analysis, document business processes, and use data to guide strategic decisions. 

  • The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical thinking and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.



Responsibilities




  • Evaluate business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop effective solutions.

  • Lead continuous process reviews and develop optimization strategies.

  • Stay current with IT and process advancements to support system modernization.

  • Conduct stakeholder meetings and deliver presentations to share findings.

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.

  • Document and clearly communicate analytical outcomes and proposed strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align insights with business goals.

  • Gather and synthesize critical information from stakeholders for reporting.

  • Work closely with clients, technical teams, and management.

  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior analysts.

  • Allocate resources and monitor project costs for efficiency.

  • Ensure solutions align with business needs and deliver value.

  • Manage projects, develop plans, and track performance metrics.

  • Maintain and implement standard operating procedures.

  • Prioritize business needs and manage competing priorities effectively.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

  • 1 – 2 years of proven experience in business analysis or a similar role.

  • Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Advanced technical skills and excellent documentation abilities.

  • Experience generating reports and delivering impactful presentations.

  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

  • Proven track record of successful project support and execution.

  • Team leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.
