Oversee all Commercial activities including Sales and Marketing, the Customer Facing and Customer Experience, Branding and Distribution aspects of the Company.
Job Requirements:
Develop, implement and oversee the sales, marketing, distribution, customer services and logistics strategy for the Company;
Oversee all sales and distribution aspects of the Company and its associated Companies
Development of the sales, distribution and logistics strategy;
Ensure the effective implementation and management of the sales, distribution and logistics strategy for the Group within the set budgets;
Ensure the development and implementation of all the associated activities for successful Commercial launch programmes in the Company;
Ensure the effective management and implementation of all the Commercial activities within the Company, consistent with the Company’s strategic direction and business objectives, business plans and within budgets;
Ensure that all operational sales and marketing plans deliver the revenue as per the business plans and the value committed to the shareholders;
Support CEO and Company in defining company direction and strategy;
Ensure that all Sales, Distribution, Marketing, Branding and Customer Service activities, operate within the Company5’s Commercial strategy and blueprint;
Manage and lead operationally, the sales and marketing teams;
As Custodian of the company's brand, manage the company's Brand and ensure consistency thereof across the Company;
Define Customer Product and Services requirements and ensure the effective communication thereof;
Ensure the development of the company's value proposition and that value proposition is delivered consistently and that the company's customer experience is the best in the market;
Ensure development and effective implementation of a Customer Services strategy;
In line with the Company’s business objectives of being a low cost operator, deliver marketing and sales programs that are cost effective;
Ensure effective implementation and management of the distribution strategy;
Develop, monitor, and implement revenue model supported by the appropriate market research to deliver on the company’s objectives and provide the necessary inputs for the complete revenue model for the business plans;
Support the delivery of key financial targets (revenue and EBIDTA);
To add value to the general formulation of the overall strategy of the Company and to provide any other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time by the CEO or any other person appointed by the Company for this purpose.
