Job Description
We are seeking a smart, proactive and friendly individual to manage our front desk and assist in the role of office assistant to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment. This dual role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a commitment to providing a positive first impression while supporting daily office operations.
Responsibilities;
- Assist with the daily cleaning of offices and public areas.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and welcoming at all times
- Serve as the first point of contact: Greet visitors warmly and professionally, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct them appropriately.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, courier deliveries, and packages
- Answer general inquiries about the company and its services
Ideal Candidate must have;
- Good command of the English language (spoken and written).
- Polite, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and schedules.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Previous experience in a front desk, customer service, or office support role is an advantage.
