Description

• Do you have a way with words? Are you passionate about writing compelling stories and crafting messages that inspire? Highland Church is looking for a Communication and Production Officer with strong writing and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Create strategic communication campaigns that align with the vision and goals of Highland Church.


• Produce, edit, and tailor content for all platforms including social media, website, bulletins, and magazines.


• Develop scripts and content for TV, radio, and online platforms with high editorial and production standards.


• Promote the Highland Church brand using effective advertising channels and digital strategies.


• Conduct research for articles and collaborate with the Senior Pastor, CEC, and editorial team to analyze and improve content.


• Pitch articles to external platforms, network with Christian media and ministries, and ensure all content reflects a biblical worldview.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, journalism or a related field.


• 5 years of experience in journalism, communications, or a similar role.
