Job Summary




  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Client Service Associate to provide exceptional customer service, foster strong client relationships, and enhance the company’s presence through social media engagement.



Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management:




  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and phone.

  • Build and maintain positive, productive relationships with clients.

  • Address client concerns by identifying issues, determining solutions, and ensuring follow-ups to achieve resolution.

  • Conduct client visits or calls to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities for new offers.



People Management:




  • Foster effective collaboration with internal teams, including design architects, production, warehouse, logistics and installation.

  • Partner with commercial and production teams to resolve client-related challenges efficiently.



Social Media Management:




  • Monitor and maintain the company’s social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook etc.

  • Post engaging content and track performance across multiple accounts simultaneously.

  • Identify and act on social media trends to enhance reach, engagement, and traffic.



General Operations Management:




  • Provide clients with regular updates on project progress and campaigns.

  • Oversee customer data management to maintain accuracy and privacy.

  • Proactively manage communications between internal teams and clients to address client needs.

  • Coordinate delivery logistics and resolve delivery-related issues.

  • Develop and implement feedback or complaints procedures for continuous improvement.



Process Improvement:




  • Continuously enhance client service processes to meet evolving client requirements.

  • Identify and implement systems, process, or organizational improvements within the role’s scope.



Qualifications & Experience




  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.

  • At least three (3) years of proven experience as a Client Service Officer, preferably in a furniture manufacturing environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Powerpoint, Word, Excel).

  • Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

  • A positive attitude, a sense of humor, and a passion for fostering meaningful client interactions
