Job Summary

• We seek an experienced and highly organized person as our Operations Manager to oversee and enhance daily hotel operations. 


• The candidate we want must have a strong background in the hospitality industry and a track record of leading teams, managing resources, and ensuring guest satisfaction.


• Candidates must live close to Yaba.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel


• Ensure coordination between all departments


• Maintain quality standards and service delivery


• Identify and implement strategies for operational efficiency


• Report directly to management with performance insights.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s Degree


• At least 2 years of experience in hospitality


• Leadership and communication skills


• Good in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems


• Problem-solving abilities.
