You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with the marketing and training teams to align services with client needs.
Lead proposal development, negotiations, and closing of deals.
Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights to management.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Driving nationwide expansion of training programs.
Identifying and developing relevant training offerings based on market demand.
Bringing industry insights and networks to support strategic growth.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with the education, training, or consulting sector is an advantage.
Proven experience in business development, preferably in education or training.
Strong industry network and ability to identify partnership opportunities.
