Requirements
Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin, or related field (MBA preferred).
15+ years in HR/talent roles, 5+ in executive leadership.
Proven success in talent strategy, leadership dev, and change management.
Strong communication, stakeholder influence, and analytical skills.
