Job Summary




  • We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail outlet in Victoria Island.

  • The ideal candidate will ensure the store runs smoothly, meets sales targets, and delivers excellent customer service.



Responsibilities




  • Supervise and coordinate all store activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.

  • Manage stock levels and ensure availability of core products at all times.

  • Monitor and improve sales performance to meet targets and KPIs.

  • Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising.

  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally and promptly.

  • Train, motivate, and manage store staff to ensure top performance.

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.

  • Liaise with suppliers and ensure timely stock replenishment.

  • Implement loss prevention strategies and minimize stock shrinkage.

  • Ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures.



Requirements




  • HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in retail.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in inventory software and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Must reside in or around Victoria Island or be willing to relocate.
