Summary




  • We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our Human Resources team.

  • The ideal candidate will assist in executing HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, Learning and Development, benefits administration, and compliance with company policies. 

  • This role provides an excellent opportunity for young HR practitioners to advance their career in HR.



Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding:




  • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and screening resumes.

  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

  • Support new hire onboarding, including documentation, orientation, and training coordination.



Employee Relations & HR Administration:




  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

  • Assist in processing employee requests regarding HR policies and procedures.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and wellness programs.



Learning & Development:




  • Collation of training plans for various departments and ensuring they are uploaded and reflect on the L and D dashboard

  • Encourage Staff to adhere to training plan and training schedule.

  • Support in organizing external trainings.



Compensation & Benefits:




  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing necessary employee information.

  • Help administer employee benefits such as health insurance and leave management.



Compliance & Policy Implementation:




  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

  • Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining accurate documentation.



Qualifications & Skills




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.



Preferred Qualifications:




  • 18 months to 2 years prior experience in HR.

  • Familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
