Responsibilities
Branding:
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels (online and offline)
- Draft press releases, announcements and promotional materials for brand visibility
- Plan and promote real estate open houses, webinars, virtual property tours and exhibition
- Coordinate event branding, invitations and digital amplification strategies
- Monitor social media trends and leverage them creatively to boost brand engagement
- Oversee the company’s website, ensuring it remains updated with new listings, blogs and SEO best practices
- Build and nurture relationships with media houses and property listing platforms
Communication:
- Develop email marketing campaigns for newsletter, promotions and property updates
- Design and disseminate key messages through various channels like social media, newsletter
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics and feedback
- Monitor social media conversations, respond to inquiries and address any issues promptly
- Manage the company’s social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tiktok) with daily /weekly content calendar
Marketing:
- Develop and implement targeted digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engines and property listing platforms
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, property-specific ad networks)
- Track, analyse and report on digital performance metrics (leads generated, CTR, Conversions, etc.,) and optimize for better ROI
- Write clear, persuasive marketing copy for listings, campaigns, websites and brochures
- Support the sales team with marketing collaterals and targeted communications to drive client conversion
- Coordinate property photoshoots, virtual tours and video marketing efforts
- Create and curate engaging content for digital channels, property showcases, client testimonials, market insights, blogs, newsletters and videos
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 7 years of work experience.
