Role Overview




  • We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute all digital marketing initiatives across the Bankit ecosystem.

  • You’ll work closely with the product team and graphics designer to grow our user base, build a compelling brand narrative, and drive customer engagement across all digital channels.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing strategies (social media, email, SEO, SEM, content marketing, influencer marketing, etc.)

  • Plan and manage paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn

  • Collaborate with the product team to craft go-to-market plans for new features, campaigns, and product updates

  • Work with the team to create visually compelling content that aligns with the brand voice and marketing objectives

  • Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and others; report insights and adjust strategies accordingly

  • Grow and manage our social media presence, build community engagement, and respond to audience interactions

  • Drive user acquisition, retention, and brand awareness through digital storytelling and innovation

  • Oversee and improve SEO strategies to drive organic traffic

  • Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spend and ROI



Requirements




  • 3 – 5years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within fintech, startups, or financial services

  • Deep understanding of Nigeria’s digital landscape and user behavior

  • Proficient in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.)

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills

  • Hands-on experience in content creation or campaign execution is a plus



Preferred Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar digital marketing credentials

  • Experience in scaling early-stage brands or launching digital financial products
