Key Responsibilities




  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

  • Maintain and update employee records, HR systems, and documentation.

  • Support payroll preparation and administer employee benefits and leave tracking.

  • Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and workplace regulations.

  • Assist in organizing staff training, development, and performance reviews.

  • Participate in employee engagement, recognition, and wellness programs.

  • Handle disciplinary actions and assist in resolving workplace conflicts.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR standards.

  • Prepare HR-related reports for management and audits.

  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

Education and Work Experience:



Entry level Requirements:




  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations professionally.

  • Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS systems like BambooHR, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).

  • Understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Willingness to take initiative and handle multiple priorities.

  • Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
